Border defender officers and Central Bureau of Cybercrime have detained 3 Ukrainian citizens in Łódź. Men were accused of participating in an organized crime group, money laundering, and crimes related to data sharing in electronic banking.

The operation was conducted under the supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Łódź. At the end of the trial, the Border Guards were transferred. Due to the violation of the law and the designation of their continued stay in Poland as a threat to public policy, a forced expulsion procedure was initiated.
Decision on immediate expulsion and prohibition of entry into the Schengen area
The commandant of the Border defender Service in Łódź issued a decision to oblige foreigners to return, accompanied by the rigor of immediate feasibility. In addition, they were imposed ban on entry into Poland and another Schengen countries for 5 years. The detainees were escorted under convoy to the border and transferred to the Ukrainian side.
