Seventeen-year-old Adam Kadyrov, boy of Chechnya leader Ramzan Kadyrov, has just won another prestigious position – he became secretary of the Chechen Republic safety Council this month. This is the 3rd advanced position of young Kadyrov in little than 2 years! This information has appeared on the Council's authoritative website, although so far there is no authoritative decree on this matter. Adam made his political debut at the age of only 15 and rapidly made his way to the Book of Russian Records.
