"All sales in the US will be taken over by local sellers, and orders are being fulfilled from the US" - Temu issued specified a statement. Before the May Day holiday, the de minimis exemptions utilized by the platform and its e-commerce cousins specified as Shein and AliExpress ended. As it turns out, however, the tariffs can be bypassed.
