IBRiS conducted a fresh poll commissioned by Radio ZET, in which 2 questions were asked about Karol Nawrocki's alleged "housing scandal". The case became public just before the first circular of the presidential election. The candidate supported by the Law and Justice has attempted to explain the situation. How do Poles view this?

The IBRiS survey asked 2 questions. The first was, "Do you think the case with Mr. George's flat will harm Charles Nawrock in the presidential campaign?".

The vast majority of respondents – 70.5 percent, felt that the scandal would have a negative impact on his run (including 34.5 percent indicated "agreement yes", and 36% "perhaps so").

In turn, 18.1 percent of respondents believe that the case would not harm Nawrock (10.2% answered "unlikely not", 7.9 percent – "decisively not". The remaining 11.5 percent indicated the answer "I don't know/hard to say".

The most critical of Nawrocki turned out to be Confederate voters. 89 percent of them believe that the housing issue will negatively affect his election opportunities. There were further sympathizers of the Civic Coalition (84%) and fresh Left (86%).

58 percent of PiS voters, on the another hand, believe that the case will not harm their candidate. However, 39 percent of the group's sympathizers disagree.

The second question is, "Are you convinced by the translation by Karol Nawrocki about Mr. George's apartment?". The results are besides not beneficial for the PiS candidate. 73.5% of respondents stated that their explanations were not convincing (including 60.1% of respondents indicated "agreement not", and 13.4 percent "rather not").

On the another hand, 21.9% of respondents declare that they believe in Nawrocki's translations (17.5 percent – "decisively yes", 4.4 percent – "preferably yes"). The answer "I don't know/difficult to say" indicated 4.6% of people.

The election of the Law and Law and Justice in the vast majority (92%) believe in providing their candidate. On the another hand, 97% of Confederate sympathizers felt that Nawrocki was not credible (77 percent – "decisively not", 20 percent – "preferably not")

The IBRiS survey was carried out on 8–9 May 2025, by telephone questionnaire interviews (CATI), on a typical nationwide example of 1071 people.
