That's what Putin's waiting for. Bloomberg: possibly he will agree to a truce with Ukraine

According to Bloomberg agency Vladimir Putin can agree to a truce with Ukraine, but only if its conditions are met. The Kremlin demands: halting supplies of western arms for Ukraine, neutral position of Ukraine, i.e. giving up plans to join NATO, limiting the Ukrainian army's numbers.
