The word "liberalization" was 1 of the most common passwords written by Poles in Google's search engine during election silence - according to the Google Trends report. The analysis of the searches on 17 and 18 May shows that Poles besides asked about Karol Nawrocki, as well as "what the ballot looks like". Here are the details.


18.5 percent of searches during the election silence afraid a candidate supported by the Law and Justice. The second place was Rafał Trzaskowski (16.8%), and the 3rd was Sławomir Mentzen (15.7%). The following seats were taken: Adrian Zandberg (11.3%) and Grzegorz Braun (10.7%).

  • Magdalena Biejat - 5.7 percent.

  • Joanna Senyszyn - 5.6 percent.

  • Krzysztof Stanowski - 5 percent.

  • Simon Holownia - 4.6 percent.

  • Marek Jakubiak - 2.5 percent.

  • Marek Woch - 1.8 percent.

  • Artur Bartoszewicz - 1.8 percent.

According to the authoritative PKW data, candidate KO Rafał Trzaskowski received 31.36 percent of the votes, and supported by PiS Karol Nawrocki - 29.54 percent. This means that Trzaskowski and Nawrocki will face 1 June in the second circular of elections. The 3rd place was taken by the Confederate candidate Sławomir Mentzen - he obtained 14.81 percent of the vote. Behind him was excluded from the Confederacy Grzegorz Braun with a score of 6.34 percent. The following places were placed: candidate of the 3rd Dear Simon Holovnia with a score of 4.99%, candidate Together Adrian Zandberg - 4.86%, candidate of the fresh Left Magdalena Biejat - 4.23 percent. On the another hand, 1.24 percent of voters voted for writer Krzysztof Stanowski, while erstwhile SLD MP Joanna Senyszyn - 1.09 percent. Others are: Marek Jakubiak (0.77%), Artur Bartoszewicz (0.49%), Maciej Maciak (0.19%) and Marek Woch (0.09%).

Turnout in the Sunday vote was 66.8 percent. This is the highest score in the first circular of the 1990 presidential election.
