Already 7 million drivers usage the digital version of the driving licence. The paper in the application mCitizen is as crucial in Poland as the physical one, in the form of a rigid plastic card. "This is the second most popular paper in the application after the media" – submitted Deputy Minister of Digitalization Dariusz Standerski.
