The areas most affected by the flood in the Lower Silesian state voted mostly for candidate KO Rafał Trzaskowski. The president of Warsaw was victorious in the Land of Zdrój and Stroń Śląski. In the municipality of Lewin Brzeski, where the flood hit more than half of the surface, Nawrocki (28.38%) went to the lead before Trzaskowski (28.22), Mentzen (19.05%) and Braun (7.97%).

Karol Nawrocki won the biggest support in the Głubczycki district (37.51%) before Rafał Trzaskowski (28.15%), Sławomir Mentzen (15.19%) and Grzegorz Braun (7.03%).

In the Prudnica territory on Nawrocki, 30.99 percent of voters, 29.88 percent on Trzaskowski, 17.18 percent on Mentzen and 7.08 percent on Braun.

In Krapkowice County, inhabited in part by a German minority, Trzaskowski received 37.82 percent. support, Karol Nawrocki 19.66 percent, Sławomir Mentzen 17.21 percent, and in 4th place was Szymon Hołownia, for whom 7.04 percent of voters voted.
