I remember erstwhile I first saw Simon Holovnia as the talker of the Sejm after turning on the TV, and despite the mediocre aura day, I felt quite a few optimism. Many political life analysts predicted that the first hard test would be the laws on worldview issues. That's what happened. Abortion and partnerships began sharing coalitions. And it was at that time that the good streak of Marshal Holownia ended, which, colloquially speaking, began to game or calculate. A more apparent signal was to shift the vote of the abortion laws to the date following the first circular of local elections, which was read as a bow towards the Church. It was a scratch on Holownia's image, which began to show more and more its conservative side.

The following months showed a increasing gap between coalitions and the handling of their individual political interests. The Holownia was not helped by close cooperation with the forming 3rd way of PSL, whose leader Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz causes confusion with his words, which is closer to the erstwhile crew than to democratic forces.

The marshal's complicated situation was besides exacerbated by long-standing rumors of his moving for the highest office in the country. Apart from the problems with the selection of the candidate of the largest opposition organization (finally, the decision will be made in Novogrodzka), on the side of the Coalition on October 15 the situation seemed obvious: in order to win yet with the Law and Justice, it is adequate to present a joint candidate. Then abruptly it turns out that the character of the text is going to run as an independent candidate!

I must admit, this information has caused me large surprise and even shock. I think if he wanted to run, he would be a typical of the full coalition. He could usage the trust and popularity he gained in the first months of serving as a second individual in the country. The decision taken by the Holovnia makes us even more afraid about the stableness of the coalition, which inactive has many problems. From the unfulfilled key points of the electoral programme, to the increasingly visible ambitions of individual members.

All indicates that we are facing a hard election campaign, and the number of candidates on the government side will not favour its substantive progress, deepening the existing divisions. Let us hope that after the elections we will proceed to have a coalition government, and we will besides elect a president who will let us to deal successfully with all the most crucial matters for the country so that we can look at the future peacefully.
