"They will gotta pay out of their own pockets." Żurek reacts to the CJEU judgment

Those who wear judges' robes, knowing that they are not a court and that Poland pays damages for them, will gotta pay for them out of their own pockets, said Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek, commenting on the CJEU judgement on the position of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court.
