They turned off TV, but did they turn on thinking?

The anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine is coming, which has started a full-scale bloody war since then. However, in this article I will not deal with the course of events, but I will refer, in a kind of summary, to the statements of those who talk on all subject that is presently on the top – and always in the speech of all-knowing experts. This is no different than the Russian-Ukrainian War...

For respective years, I have been following with large attention what has been happening in countries that were part of the Republic, namely Ukraine, Belarus and Lithuania. In time, I extended these interests to the full post-missive area, and later to Turkey and the mediate East. My attention was drawn to Turkish-Russian rivalry in Central Asia and the Caucasus, as well as Syria and Libya. So I observed the actions of politicians, but besides military activity, including in peculiar the actions of alleged vasners, who were expanding Russian influences in the mediate East and Africa. I have been observing Russia's expanding cooperation with Iran, in which what I have signaled long ago has been a revolutionary wave and in which there is simply a large Turkish minority, especially in the South Azerbaijan region. The Turks not only represent the majority of the population there, but besides a region that separates Turkey from the essential territory of Azerbaijan and the Turkish countries of Central Asia.

Every day I looked at Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Turkish, Arabic, etc. portals, followed discussions conducted on social media, read various kinds of analyses... As a result, I found it highly probable that the time of serious military decisions was coming. It was increasing in me to believe that Russia, utilizing military means, could effort to rebuild the russian Union through closer subjugation of post-missile countries, which have increasingly begun to distance themselves from it. I was referring to the Turkish countries of Central Asia, the South Caucasus and Ukraine. It was hard not to see Russia's power-resentimated elites growing, accompanied by a sense of harm due to the disintegration of the USSR and all that happened in countries that gained independency as a result.

In the first days of January 2022, violent protests took place in Kazakhstan. In the background, there was a fight for influence between president Tokayev and the Nazarbayev clan. Kasym-Żomart Tokayev then asked for military assistance to Russia, and this request was met. All of this went highly smoothly, and in almost complete silence Turkey and the West. Protests were suppressed and the Nazarbayeva clan was stripped of influence in the state. conventional media and the net were full of films and relations with the Russian troops' exemplary landing operation. The accompanying rhetoric indicated that this was the first step to push Turkey out of Central Asia, but besides to rebuild the Russian sphere of influence covering the full post-missive area.

I was almost certain that Russia would shortly turn its troops against Ukraine and that it is not a substance of years or months, but of the next fewer weeks. I was expecting that. If Russia attacks Ukraine, it will not be an easy bite for her. That was the conclusion of the process in this country. Ukraine was changing, the level of awareness of citizens was changing, and her army was changing.

Long before the war began, I besides told and wrote that with its detonation we would be flooded by a wave of refugees, which will in no way be avoided. So it was essential to prepare for it (it was possible to imagine what would happen if its influx was accompanied by social unrest and general chaos). I explained that this wave would sail back and refugees would return to their homes if Ukraine could defy Russian aggression. Regardless of the moral issues – how crucial – this was 1 of the many factors that I pointed out as a reason to actively support Ukraine, primarily through arms supplies. I besides raised a direct threat to our country from Russia, in case it could swallow Ukraine. It would inevitably lead – as I have repeatedly stressed – to an even greater dependence on Germany.

What about those who constantly advise everyone to turn the tv off and start thinking? It may have been felt that for a long time these issues were absolutely unconcerned. They didn't announcement it until most of the population was alive. They evidently didn't quit on this trend...

So while I was scrupulously collecting data on the conduct of the concentration of the Russian troops, constantly sharing information about what I had learned, I constantly read in the comments: “Stop scaring”, “people stopped being afraid of the coronavirus, so they must be threatened by war and the influx of refugees from Ukraine”, etc., etc. For specified a message was binding among those "who think alone and are not led like rams" ...

I posted photographs and videos of transports moved from distant regions of Russia close the border with Ukraine and Belarus of military equipment, I compiled lists identified on the occasion of the individuals, I collected data on the places of their concentration, and those who “turned off the tv and turned on the thinking”, mocked me and all those who “were fooled that Putin was planning a war.”

"Putin achieved his goal without (hot) war (just scaring) The West is nodding his finger in the shoe (so-called "sanctions") and NordStream2 – of course – as it was meant to be, will be. The show is over; it is possible to leave (the merdy of a rubbish sewer can change the subject)" Jacek Wilk wrote mockingly 2 days before the war broke out. This and akin posts were made available massively...

How many laughs it was, how many ridicules there were of those who “had suffered war fever.” And even though the planet has virtually divided hours since the outbreak of the war, the “reasonable realists” have inactive argued that no large-scale war Putin is planning and that it is only a game on his part...

War? What war? We are only missing the chance to do business with Russia, as the Germans, who carry out large investments with the Russians... – they pointed out erstwhile the Russians were already burning engines in tanks, those who turned off tv and turned on thinking, mocking media information, that Poland is independent of supplies of natural materials from Russia.

Even after the war had begun, many did not believe it, claiming there was no war. Posts containing photos and videos to prove that all this was 1 large hoax, enjoyed large popularity and were made available in mass...

But in the end, the most enduring ones had to admit that the war did take place, and they rapidly forgot what they wrote and made available just moments earlier. fewer admitted that Putin had amazed them. Most of it went to the agenda. Now, on the another hand, a compatible choir and experts almost began to proclaim that Ukraine had no chance to fight Russia, and Anglo-Saxon fingers in her shoe did not motion in her defense, that the fall of Ukraine was a substance of days. And if that's the case, we shouldn't be in front of the ranks, and we should take the chance to keep quiet. The case was as simple as a wire, due to the fact that for “reasonable” emotionally emotional “realists” everything is always highly simple. So they were happy to make available the messages that were kept in this spirit, coming from both anonymous user accounts and people known to the wider public...

A peculiar increase, even touching on hysteria, caused all reports of the dispatch from Poland or Poland of war equipment to Ukraine. There have been allegations that this is going to draw us into a war that we will surely lose. Besides, it's been swarming with conspiracy theories...

But after any time a fresh communicative began to dominate – erstwhile it was hard to deny that Russia was not going in this war, the chorus of those who “turn off tv and turn on thinking” began to lice and to proclaim that it was all 1 large plot, that Putin was trapped and that there were globalists and another dark forces behind it... Soon, too, the communicative was disproved by another, or more, due to the fact that it began to spread. So any said that we were being deceived, due to the fact that in reality Russia is doing great, while others said that we are dealing with 1 large hoax, in which all the powerful of this planet participate, including the authorities in the Kremlin, and the thought is to cover things truly crucial or to have a pretext for them. Besides, there were many who spread both of these narratives at the same time, regardless of the clear contradiction between them. This was accompanied by a protest of reports of crimes committed by Russian soldiers.

And that's how it went around and around... People who have "turned off tv and turned on thinking" mostly do not support any analysis, containing hard data with mention to numbers, compilations, charts, location on the map... There is something truly amazing about it, that people who are emotionally embroidered, with baking on their mouths repeating, for example, "golden thoughts" by Łukasz Warzecha, which are fundamentally collections of clichés and absurdities, given in a hysterical tone, consider themselves "political realists".

"We should hope to end the war in Ukraine as shortly as possible, at any price. due to the fact that otherwise, our cardboard country will collapse under the force of refugees in the next month, as shortly as possible," ed. Wawarcha, without specifying what price it would be willing to pay for the immediate completion of the war in Ukraine. The fact is, however, that “our cardboard state”, as Warzech wrote about Poland with contempt, did not collapse during the month, despite its “predictions”. For here it has been almost a year, and as it has been, so it is.

Well, the cognition of those who always shout loudly to follow reason and not to be led like rams, usually turns out to be superficial at most, and frequently highly selective. In fact, they focus on searching for and spreading what fits into their imaginations, fears, phobias and unhealthy fascinations, and they are frequently just rumors or even stuffings, suffocated by various kinds of hoochstaplers and abroad services (not necessarily only Russian).
