"In order to change the constitution in Poland, it is essential to have a common view on politics, on values, on the Polish system, a common view between the Civic Coalition and Law and Justice," said Donald Tusk during a press briefing on Sunday. As he added, it is hard for him to imagine that those who spoiled the strategy in Poland now abruptly truly want to fix this system.
