On Wednesday at the Royal Castle in Warsaw there was a ceremony during which the State Election Commission passed a resolution confirming the results of the presidential elections to Karol Nawrock.

The event was besides attended by leading representatives of the political scene. Among those present are the Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, president of Law and Justice Jarosław Kaczyński and Deputy Marshal of the Sejm Krzysztof Bosak.
– From this place I want to thank everyone who took part in the election, regardless of who they voted for," Nawrocki told the assembled.
Let us remind that the National Election Commission on 2 June has already counted all votes cast in the presidential elections in Poland. Her evidence indicated that Karol Nawrocki was the winner of the presidential election. He defeated Rafał Trzaskowski with little than 400,000 votes.
