There is simply a draft regulation on state defence preparedness

The Government Legislative Center has published a draft Regulation of the Council of Ministers on state defence readiness. The task was created under the Homeland Defence Act of 11 March 2022. After the entry into force of the fresh regulation, the erstwhile 1 from 21 September 2004 will lose its power.
