Poland in the mediate of implementation
– Poland is about half the rate among the associate States implementing KPO. Globally, the European Commission has so far paid 49% of the budget for recovery plans and the countries have achieved 32% of the metrics. In the case of Poland, the percentages are 45% and 37% respectively. Implementation leaders are France, Denmark and Estonia – says Agnieszka Lewandowska, expert of the Leviathan Confederation.
Not only in Poland, but besides in another countries and at European Commission level, there is simply a request for changes to facilitate the usage of all resources. Therefore, Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, head of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy announced a large revision of the KPO, which will start this year.

Polish institutions active in the implementation of KPO are to measure the state of implementation, and then in investments and reforms that have a advanced possible to usage funds to add funds and increase allocations for good projects in reserve lists in already completed competitions. – The pace of implementation of the KPO and the number of changes that are planned in the coming period unfortunately mean that there will be no reliable and advanced public consultation of the planned revision. The institutions are clear on this due to the fact that time is now the most crucial determinant. Nevertheless, we will proceed to present the voice of business in the bodies liable for monitoring KPO. While natural it is not possible to make revolutionary changes at this stage, it is inactive possible and needed little demanding modifications – adds Agnieszka Lewandowska.
