Rafał Trzaskowski inactive opens the ranking of presidential candidates – this is how the IBRiS survey conducted for "Politics" on 16-17 April 2025 shows. The support for the candidate KO reaches 30.4%, which gives him an advantage over Karol Nawrock (24.9%) and Sławomir Mentzen (12.9%). Although Trzaskowski inactive leads, his consequence no longer makes specified an impression on voters.
The next places in the poll were: Szymon Hołownia (7.3%), Magdalena Biejat (4.3%), Adrian Zandberg (3.3%) and Krzysztof Stanowski, on which 2 percent of the respondents pointed. little support was received, among others, by Grzegorz Braun (1.3%), Marek Jakubiak and Joanna Senyszyn (0.9%), Artur Bartoszewicz (0.4%) and Maciej Maciak (0.2%).
Elections? possibly another time.
Although only 25 days stay until the presidential election, and the run has started for good, attendance is not doomed. Poles are not crowding themselves into the polls – as much as 25.3% declared that "agreement not" would take part in the presidential election, and another 13.6 percent said "not so much".
It's a signal that political fatigue is starting to take over. Despite the efforts of the candidates – rallies, live broadcasts, social media presence and debates – many citizens seem to be dispelling electoral confusion. "Definitely so" declared 43.6% of the questions asked, and "more or little so" - 14.6 percent. Uncertainty ("hard to say") indicated 2.9 percent.
Not only the president – the rulers were besides asked
In addition to the question of presidential preferences, there have besides been another equally crucial ones: is the current ruling coalition gathering public expectations? This issue, although not straight related to the election of the head of state, casts a shadow on the atmosphere of the run and can affect the overall reception of candidates, especially those associated with the ruling camp.
A year and a half after the civilian Coalition, the 3rd Way and the Left, the moods are divided. Only 6.5% of respondents felt that the coalition "decisively meets expectations" and 29.9% felt that it "preferably does". At the same time, as many as 34.3 percent of the respondents stated that "decisively does not meet", and 23.1% said "preferably not". The deficiency of opinion declared 6.2 percent of respondents.
The survey was conducted on 16-17 April 2025 on a example of 1067 people by telephone, standard computer assisted questionnaire interviews (CATI).
