On 24 April, the 11th edition of the Irresponsible Conference was held at the POLIN Museum of the past of Polish Jews in Warsaw. This time the event was centered around beautiful, which was the starting point for business, social affairs and life talks and seeking inspiration for a better world. Opening

The conference traditionally opened Artur Nowak – Gocławski, president of the Irresponsible Foundation and ANG Groupstressed in his speech:

Why can't we be irresponsible? That's what we've been talking about for 11 years. We are pleased with what we have managed to do, we believe profoundly that what we are doing makes real sense! Importantly, we've been a humanitarian organization for 2 years. The planet of art joined our planet this year. We request sensitivity. Of these 3 letters ESG, S is most crucial to us – I realize them as sensitivity – sensitivity... The darkness is not in nature, it is in people. Let's want you as much beauty as possible.

Excellent guests and book premiere

The guest of honor of the conference was Prof. Michał Rusinek, literary scholar, translator, writer, habilitated doctor of humanities and prof. of the Jagiellonian University, president of the Wisława Szymborska Foundation, who inaugurated the event with a speech about beauty in the language.

Krystyna Mazurazina – a dancer, choreographer and artist (born 1939 in Lviv, she lives in Paris) during the conversation, stressed that it was not beauty that decided for her large career, but the stubbornness and desire to dance that accompanied her from the early years of her childhood. "I've never been a grey mouse, and I've been an aggressive rat erstwhile I gotta be." She had 35 competitions, and it's not over. Work is the passion of her life, inactive not enough.

Dr Grażyna Bastek showed us how the canons of beauty changed over the centuries, what they were inspired by, how artists, artists showed beauty in their works. Magdalena Bigaj explained the impact on our psyche and brain function of social media.

The conference besides held a Warsaw debate in the Oxford style, led by Grzegorz Nawrocki.

During the 11th Irresponsible Conference the 6th volume of the book series “Talk about Responsibility” was besides held. Beauty’.
