The Vistula program is on the move. First Polish IBCS centre ready

Northrop Grumman informed of the transfer to the US government of the first of the six command centers of the Integrated IBCS Combat Command strategy ordered by Poland as part of the anti-aircraft defence and anti-missile mid-range "Wisła". This is the first sale of the IBCS strategy outside the United States border.
