The Shadow War over Europe. Drone as a common weapon of states, terrorists and mafia

In a fresh war, the enemy does not gotta cross the border in uniform, send a combat plane, or admit to an attack. He can buy a civilian drone, have it processed by a middleman, hire an operator, and hit an airport, warehouse, vehicle or man. Countries, terrorist organisations and criminal networks have different objectives, but increasingly usage the same technologies, supply channels and methods of concealing responsibility. Drone becomes their common tool, and the border between war, terrorism and crime begins to blur.
