'War' MON budget and billions for Abrams outside [COMMENTARY]

**The Ministry of Finance published a draft budget bill for 2023. Defence spending is expected to amount to PLN 113.3 billion, which represents 3.0% of GDP planned for next year. In addition to this amount, another PLN 4.8 billion will be allocated to purchases of Abrams tanks.**
