Torture? EP denies
The EKR, which besides includes the Law and Justice, proposed a discussion and resolution on "dramatic violation of the regulation of law" and "the usage of torture in Poland" during the Tusk governments. In the past, the European Parliament has repeatedly adopted resolutions criticising the Law and Justice Government for violations of the regulation of law.
What was the reason for the motion? PiS politicians say Mariusz Kamiński was tortured in a prison facility. Specifically, it is simply a court order for the forced feeding of Kamiński, who utilized hunger and whose wellness began to endanger lives.
