U.S. Army monitors almost the full Internet

U.S. Armed Forces have access to very delicate network data, thanks to the acquisition of a licence for a specialized tool for 1 of the private companies. According to the manufacturer, the solution covers more than 90% of global net traffic and allows to gain insight into e.g. cookies or browser history.
