The U.S. legislature agreed on the content of the Defence Expenditure Planning Act for fiscal year 2023 (National defence Authority Act 2023) setting out the maximum expenditure plan for fiscal year launched on 1 October. The Act covers the anticipation of collecting very large amounts of ammunition in the multiannual horizon.
