The AP Agency points out that the list includes companies, investigation institutions, government and private organisations, individuals, legal persons, etc. According to the authorities, restrictions were imposed, among others, to slow down China's ability to get technology to strengthen the army, as well as Iran's ability to get drones and drone technology, and to weaken the pace of developing atomic potential.
The decision besides aims to halt access to American technology, from AI and quantum to drones and hypersonic weapons-related items, for countries considered hostile to the United States.
