The U.S. already has 40 of the most powerful aircraft in history

The head of Northrop Grumman has revealed that the US Air Force already have about 40 of the most powerful and most advanced combat aircraft in human history, namely the B-21 Raider. This device is technologically ahead of China or Russia's bombers by at least 2 decades.
