As we wrote on Sunday, the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenski, announced the appointment of Brigadier General Andrij Hnatov as the fresh Chief of the General Staff. This position took over after the General of the Division Anatolij Barhilevych.
“We are consistently changing the armed forces to make them even more effective. To do so, we change the management strategy and introduce clear standards," wrote on Facebook Rustem Umerov, head of Ukrainian MON.
Andrij Hnatow changed Ukraine's army like NATO
