The Territorial Defence Forces trained soldiers from the Baltic states. They utilized ATAK

The Territorial Defence Forces Training Centre (CSWOT) has completed the "Remote Observer" course addressed to allied troops from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The training was completed by a twelve or so soldiers, who practiced applicable fire guidance of artillery and aviation during the classes.
