The Taliban in Belarus. Kabul is looking for equipment it cannot keep on its own

A delegation from the Taliban, which governs Afghanistan, late visited Belarus, where it met with government officials and toured, among another places, the BelAZ plant and another Belarusian industrial enterprises. Officially, the talks focused primarily on economic, technological, and industrial cooperation. However, the visit may besides be crucial from the position of Afghanistan’s safety and military capabilities.
