The story of capital – the reality of fear

Symbolic-religious reasoning has long been utilized to legitimize systems based on the exploitation of the majority by a minority. In capitalism, specified an instrument has become a story of capital, which shifts the thought of "good-rich" to public awareness.

Frederick Nietzsche noted that “without story all culture loses its healthy, natural creative power. Only the mythical horizon shuts the full movement of culture into unity. It's just a story that saves all the forces of fantasy and Apollo's dream of idle wandering. The images of story must be unnoticeably ubiquitous demonic guardians, under whom young souls grow and whose signs the man interprets his life and his buoys; even the state knows no more powerful unwritten laws than the mythical foundation that provides him with a connection with religion, increasing out of mythical ideas."[1] This formal take takes on blushing with content specificity.

The story of capital means a kind of spiritual belief in a self-righteous, transcendent existence of capital, which is acting in relation to the life of an individual and society as an independent force guiding their fate; a kind of destiny to be submitted to.

The attitude to “god-capital” determines success in life with the same force as the designation or non-recognition of a peculiar religion under the conditions of its hegemony in society by determining circumstantial behaviour.

When capital demands the death of a ‘other’ competitor, a peculiar man who does not worship him, the conviction is executed with the same care with which heretics were killed. erstwhile capital demands public worship, it is fulfilled in the form of organizing and participating in alleged social life, business galas, exclusive clubs publicized by the media, the architecture of "sacral" grand estates with a swimming pool and a golf course; through endless stories of fashionable shopping, travel, exclusive holidays, live narratives about celebrity life.

Places on the richest lists become a justification for the expected size, proof of the "genius" of the individual, of course, without considering where wealth came from according to the saying: When money talks the bullshit walk.

Offences, exploitation of workers, participation in imperialist wars, sending countrymen to war with a stronger opponent become an allowed form for the owner of the capital to be certain that “God-Mamona” gives him mercy, rewards the obeyer for following his principles here and now[2].

The story of capital is so the basis of a cultural consensus that allows a transnational corporate class to preserve hegemony, that is, the voluntary consent of society to its power, which necessarily presupposes a Hegelic, dialectic master-slave relationship, formally denying it, so that the collective slave does not experience its position as “subordination” and “slavery” (Antonio Gramsci). However, Hegemony could not last without the aid of a capitalist hegemony.

Hegemons of Capitalism

During the British Empire, the state of hegemony well shows the words of Prince Albert, the husband of England’s Queen Victoria, said in 1851: “We are surviving in an age of the top change, which is rapidly intended to realize the large historical goal—the unification of all mankind. Distances between different nations and parts of the planet shrink hastily thanks to modern inventions. We can overcome them with unimaginable ease. Thoughts are transmitted at lightning speed, and besides through its power. The products of all parts of the earth are at our disposal, we have only the choice of the best and cheapest. Competition and capitalism have become a driving force for production[3].

In the 20th century, leadership in the Anglo-Saxon axis Heartland (Kees Van Der Pijl) encompassed the United States, which, after the collapse of the USSR, could openly announce that “the invisible hand of the marketplace could never operate without an invisible fist – McDonald’s cannot make without McDonnell-Douglas, an F-15 aircraft manufacturer.

The invisible fist that keeps the planet safe for technology from Silicon Valley is called the United States Army, the Air Force, the Navy, and the U.S. infantry units”[4].

It is no coincidence that the fresh phase of American imperialism was linked to the growth of the Christian right, which – in spite of almost the full Christian theology to date – enthusiastically advocated “the economics of supply: the belief that the creation of money, or in practice the transfer of money, is closest to the biblical perfect of creating state prosperity[5].

Neoliberal counter-revolution in the function of fresh priests appointed economists indicating and assessing a large part of human activity: creating wealth, creating jobs, saving and investing. They were equipped with the essential equations, models and computers[6], headed by Aladdin, an electronic strategy for the analysis of a large amount of economical data that enabled the construction of the largest corporate power, Black Rock, presently controlling assets worth about $10 trillion.

Crisises, debt, inequality

But even the deepest religion breaks erstwhile the amount and quality of evidence against it exceeds acceptable standards. The repeated financial crises, the avalanche growth of debt and the increasing inequalities so corrode the story of capital. In addition, the U.S. hegemony is fading under the influence of fresh counter-hegemony forces that are trying to allocate capital to the implementation of social improvement functions (BRICS+).

Under these conditions, the strategy of liberal democracy transforms towards “cezarism” by manifesting authoritarian tendencies.

We are observing the eventual consequences of militarization of American capitalism, which over the last 30 years has created a large bureaucratic camera, seeking to destruct any imagination of an alternate future and to erase any hope of a possible social change, according to the principle: "Forgive all hope, you who [here] enter" which Dante Alighieri placed at the gates of hell in "Divine comedy". This is served by “a powerful army apparatus, a prisoner, a police force, various types of private safety companies, as well as police and military intelligence services, various propaganda tubes, most of which do not straight attack alternate solutions, but make an omnipresent climate of fear, chauvinist conformism, and average despair, making any thought of planet change seem like a vain fantasy. The maintenance of this apparatus seems to be more crucial to advocates than an efficient economy[8].

The elected institutions, specified as parliaments, go to the background and at the same time consolidate the position of bureaucratic power (civil and military), financier, Church and another institutions comparatively independent of the public[7].

Civilization of Fear

These are the sources of the civilization of fear (Hugh Auden Stand), which is shaped by the latest method means, artificial intelligence and virtual reality. Among the methods is the organization of "false flags", or secret operations, whose creators charge actual or imaginary enemies for their effects. A good tool is besides “multiple repetition”, permanent bombing of information about accidents, disasters, disasters, deaths, diseases, pandemics, killings, shootings, etc. For example, Patryk Vega in the documentary “The Eyes of the Devil” argued that there was a network that traded Polish children for pedophile purposes or organs. For those more demanding, fear of global problems is raised: artificial intelligence; the fall of “our” western super civilization, “the vengeance of nature”[9], or the imminent advent of planet War III[10]. The latest is scaring China, wanting to “destroy the West”, programming recipients as part of the Manichean imagination On or We[11].

In the narration promoted, of course, there is no meaning to the “fear” of others, “Global Most” before “our” due to the fact that the only 1 is justified before losing “our” control to “the rest” according to the verified movie The West and The Rest.

The civilization of fear updates the principles of distributed cybernetic power typical of the control society that Franz Kafka characterized. Excluding the anticipation of complete acquittal ("only legends [which] contain in most cases acquittals have been preserved on old court cases"), he pointed out 2 types of acquittals available to the accused. The first is an apparent acquittal, in which the suspect is practically cleared of all charges, but possibly later, in a nearer indefinite time, be re-indicted. The second option is an infinite postponement in which the accused engages in a lengthy legal process of harassment, which makes it improbable to issue an imminent fearsome final judgment[12]. Today, it is hard to defy the impression that Kafka described the future concentration camps, the future instability of the law, the future absoluteism of the state apparatus (Bertolt Brecht).

The described model in global relations may have found its first in the Julian Assange case, which has been ostentatiously punished for disclosing real information on the unethical actions of the American empire on Wikileaks portal. 12 years of actual imprisonment demonstrated the kind of punishment for misuse of the word. But liberalism vowed to guarantee the transparency of public life based on free speech and assembly as a sacred principle, a shining symbol of democracy, which allegedly contrasts sharply with Russia and China's "despotic regimes". The liberal doctrine classical Immanuel Kant has established a ‘transcendental expression of public law’ which indicates that ‘any action relating to the law of another people whose maxim is not in line with the right to disclosure is unlawful’[13].

Liberalism, however, is not an illusion[14], but a justification for the proceeds of capital until its story provides global hegemony. Under this polished facade, there is clearly a reality as suffocating and absurd as any Kafkovsky nightmare – a place where dissidents are constantly pursued, their voices suppressed, and freedom put out. The Globalist – Josef K. – can be convicted, therefore, not for any circumstantial crime, but for the insidious and pervasive suspicion that penetrates all aspect of existence erstwhile all action is analysed, all intention questioned, and all individual reduced to a copy of itself.

Even the slightest deficiency of political correctness leads to the most serious suspicions of specialised signalers educated in Anglo-Saxon courses of "fight against misinformation" simulating their own credibility with the stamp of the journalist. In the meantime, their aim is to transform discussions or debates into a test of the rightfulness and legitimacy of global capital hegemony. Intrusive moral-psychological force is that all those who aspire to “free speech” should begin to control not so much their ability to realize surrounding phenomena and to talk to them, but alternatively their compliance with the will of minorities. In specified ritual attacks, the program is based on the delegation, that is, denial and denial of rightfulness and, in fact, the question of the right to take action and to preach beliefs that effectively undermine the neoliberal cultural consensus and the regulation of powers upholding it[15].

Kafka's atmosphere of civilization of fear is besides easy to find in the realities of modern Poland in the form of many years of detention without making accusations, commissions disciplining people of science, media assaults of “democracy and human rights” on elected politicians or professors, censorship of newspapers and net channels, or even banning student protests in defence of Palestinians in universities, as the issue of “human rights” ceased to apply.

We live in a reality where privacy is an anachronism, and all motion is recorded, all word catalogued, and all murmur of opposition recorded for future evaluation.

These are besides times in which many effort to delight the architects of the civilization of fear, especially on virtual platforms irrationally ignoring that these attitudes can someday be judged according to rather different criteria than hegemonic credo.

The case of the creator of the Telegram portal, Paweł Durow, is confirmed by the cesaristical trend; an example is all the more meaningful that it concerns a man who fits the perfect of a cosmopolitan, liberal fairy tale. After all, there is simply a billionaire who struggled to preserve “free speech” and refused to submit to the channel in Russia and later in the US, holding “just in case” the citizenship of 4 countries: Russia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, France and the United arabian Emirates.

Keeping him in France means that no substance how many boundaries you cross, how many nationalities you accept, how much capital you do not have, the iron claw of censorship will inevitably track you down if you refuse to submit to the liberal authority of the West. And this is not about the secrecy of the portal, due to the fact that this is not an obstacle to any serious peculiar service, but an act of global power based on credo: you will not have anyone else's information before me! We are not surprised, therefore, that General manager Rumble, Chris Pavlovski, revealed that he had left Europe rapidly after Durov was arrested. most likely both of them are listening to the “good advice” that makes Mark Zuckerberg a function model for them, who late confirmed that he oversaw the process of censorship Facebook by blocking the thesis that undermines large Pharma's corporate agenda on coronacrisis.

Contrary to apparent evidence, Google architects and their IT-class soldiers inactive believe that they form the planet for the better, although their alleged "open mind" extends only to views consistent with the liberal-imperialist mainstream of American politics. This is the blunt panic of their mission, in which the voices of opposition are not silenced by force, but simply ignored.

Any possible that undermines hegemonic communicative is rejected as irrelevant or combated as dangerous.

That is why their enemy became erstwhile president Trump, who was simply disengaged on the Twitter account at the time to win "the only right Democratic candidate" in 2020, Joe Biden. Not long ago, however, the European Union Commissioner for the interior marketplace and Services, Thierry Breton, made an appeal to Elon Musk, in which he threatened to "take temporary measures", or censorship of the X platform for deciding to interview Trump.

However, Musk, unlike Durov, is simply a man of the strategy who has late "played" in support of the coup in Venezuela. That's why it's the Russian who's threatening up to 20 years for the actions of the Telegram users. This precedent may bring unexpected results someday. For example, imagine the accusations of Polish decision-makers allowing on a mass scale an American action cinema in the kind of a 100 murders per second as the origin of demolition of culture leading to aggression and crime.

Caesarism is simply a necessity for a structural crisis of capitalism.

However, the ability of the constructors of the civilization of fear is highly effective. many evidence of cancellation of the rule of “freedom of speech” does not undermine the prevailing beliefs of the broad masses of Western societies, and especially Poland about the visible change of the socio-political system. Contrary to the Veberan typology of legitimacy of power, present there is an unexpected synthesis of them.

The legitimacy of believing in the legality of legal procedures as a basis for rational democracy is indeed maintained in an astonishingly lasting grip by a material knowing of the power of the conventional type. However, alternatively of God, it now holds as an attribute the Capital, which gives through acts of mystical-religious-magic anointing to a given leader as a "democratic" due to the fact that he is constantly present in the salons of Davos, Brussels or Washington, even though he delegalizes all opposition parties and does not organize constitutional elections (see Voldymyr Zelenski) or simply has been arbitraryly appointed against election results (see Swiatlana Cichanoska in Belarus, and most late Gonzalez Urrutia in Venezuela).

As it seems, this process would not have been possible if it had not been for the standardisation of supervision, which was the final proof of how profoundly rooted the described control mechanisms have become. The paralysis of rational reasoning and real dialog can at best lead to the dominance of the figure of "drug control" (William S. Burroughs) both dependent on it and possessed by control of others, and at worst to cast social masses into the whirl of wars having nothing to do with their nonsubjective interests, which no longer can be defended by vassalized national states.
