The state and the media are going to war. Are they ready?

A fewer years ago, we incorporated the thought of universal defence into the canon of reasoning about security. We put assumptions in the strategy papers and built a social consensus. Only that with a fresh look on the map of this "university", red lights lit, indicating gaps in our defence preparation. 1 of them is the cooperation of the state and the media during crises.
