According to Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish, common relations can only be built on historical truth. In this way, he referred to the Act on the Establishment of 11 July of the Polish Memorial Day - victims of genocide made by the CNS-UPA on the east Borders of the Second Republic.
