In the morning of Palm Sunday, Russian ballistic missiles fell on Ukrainian Sumy. They hit a populated city center, killing at least 31 people – including 2 children. Over 80 people were injured. Shocking footage from the scene of the tragedy revolved around the network, showing burning cars and broken buildings. Ukrainian politicians have stated the targets of the Russian strike.
