The head of the Volodymyr Artiuch territory was released from office - a typical of the Ukrainian government in the Council of the ultimate Taras Melnyczuk informed on Tuesday. Earlier in the Ukrainian media, reports appeared that in Sumach, on the day of the Russian rocket attack, a ceremony was planned to reward soldiers of the 117th Territorial Defence Brigade.
