The alleged Catergy Plan is simply a task of losing the “white breed” and replacing it with “colored hordes”. Of course, it exists only in the minds of creators and believers of conspiracy theories. They spread hysteria around the alleged raid of “invaders” of “other skin color” who “ impersonate refugees from Ukraine”. They called for “patriots” to defend Przemyśl.

Two days later, on March 1, 2022, a pogrom broke out in the city. From all over Podkarpacie, possibly from another regions, they went to Przemysl bandits, kiboles and skinheads. They then ran around the city, beating and chasing people with darker complexion, which they managed to encounter.

Pawel Rubcow was already in custody. many sources, including Wikipedia, say that ABW arrested Rubcov on 27 February 2022. So the same day Rubcow-Gonzále posted his double Twitter entry. However, another sources state the date of February 28. The last entry by Spanish writer Pablo González on X (formerly Twitter) is dated "12:13 AM · 28 Feb 2022". • Reasons for arrest
