The roles of the victims in this show have already been given away. The hatred Talk Act is getting closer
date:27 July 2024 Editor: Anna
Ladies and gentlemen,
We quote Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar, who died a fewer days ago during an interview for RMF FM station.
I hope that by the end of this month, the government will adopt a proposal to amend the Penal Code on hatred speech.
These are disturbing words for at least 2 reasons.

Firstly, this means that, despite the vacation break, work on this key to defending conservative values or teaching The church's bill did not slow down.
Secondly, it is worth looking carefully at the context in which these words fell. A fewer sentences later, the minister expressed his conviction that:
The inclusion of specified expressions, which clearly indicate disregard or humiliation of a peculiar social group, can be classified in this way [as hatred speech].
Please read these words carefully, due to the fact that they are a clear confirmation of what we have repeatedly observed.
The "talk of hate" Act is not about punishing cases of physical force against any discriminated group (which would of course be right). No! No! It is adequate to ‘demeanor’ (e.g. as in the case referred to in the interview, by putting out an inappropriate banner) and even... ‘regardless’.
In specified large categories it will most likely be possible to quote technological investigation on homosexuality, to quote Scripture, or to politely refuse to participate in the company's celebrations of the period of Duma – and I remind you that these are all cases from our country where convictions have already been passed or there are pending trials due to alleged hatred and discrimination of LGBT environments.
But it's only the beginning.
I'll just give you a fewer examples of the last fewer days.
- I'm sorry. Will any consequences be met by abortionists, headed by Marta Lempart, who, during the last protest in Warsaw, shouted out from the phase incapable to repeat a bundle of profanity towards politicians who dared to vote against their demands, defending life?
There's no indication of that.
- I'm sorry. But the situation a week ago, erstwhile banners or installations created by the community of fans appeared in the stadiums of 2 Warsaw football clubs – in 1 case concerning LGBT ideology, in the another case referring to mass, uncontrolled migration – caused a immense increase in mainstream media and an avalanche of comments on hatred and discrimination.
The Minister of Justice, who was asked about these events, announced the intensification of the work on the revision of the Criminal Code, extending the criminality of alleged hatred crimes to include sexual orientation or sex identity.
Only a step distant from introducing censorship 1 way: those defending the fact about the nature of man, his sexuality, the function of matrimony as a union between a female and a man and defending life from conception.
Pushing the concept of "hate speech" into the language of regulations and public debate will consequence in a unilateral restriction. Accusing of hatred speech will (and is already beginning to be) like a spell cast on an opponent to shut his mouth and destruct from further conversation.
And it is actual that Minister Bodnar has besides announced that he wants to alleviate the punishment for the crime of “talk of hatred” (only the punishment of deprivation of liberty has been foreseen so far, and now there is besides a anticipation of limiting or imposing a fine), but this does not change much. For the average “Kowalski” respective 1000 fines will be dissuasive adequate to refrain from telling the truth, especially if social consequences arise.
It is worth noting that the fight against the mythical "speak of hatred" takes place primarily through a simple mechanics of exclusion from social life. For committing this “crime” there is simply a danger of occupation loss, expulsion from school or limitation of student rights, silent career destruction: scientists halt being invited to lectures, the media call off the interviews, journals refuse to print investigation results, in the media there are fierce chases, full threats, insults and intimidations.
Who decides to defend their values by putting their career on the line? Who dares to side with the fact by risking a “crazy” or “fascist” description that will effectively destruct his life?
As editor Łukasz Warzecha rightly put it:
Most people will just want to avoid problems and bite their tongue. That's how you make actual censorship.
Under the coat of protection of discriminated minorities, politicians simply want to shut our mouth so that no 1 dares to stand in the way of the leftist cultural revolution. These solutions will only be an introduction to the further dismantling of social governance: the introduction of partnerships and then "single-sex marriages" with full rights, including the granting of the right to adopt children; the no longer restrained vulnerability of children and young people to sex ideology and the introduction of facilitations in carrying out alleged transits, namely permanent mutilation of young, unaware consequences of people.
The consequences of imposing this “brown” muzzle in full swing can be seen in Western countries.
If we do not want the same thing to happen to us Poles, we must act now.
Almost 14,000 people signed our appeal to president Andrzej Duda, in which we call him to exercise his powers to halt dangerous legal changes.
I hope you besides are among them. If not, you can inactive submit your signature to the petition on the website stopdictatura.pl.
However, I would like to ask you to mobilise even more. Looking at the next steps of the authorities, we must be aware that we do not have much time.
First, delight inform your relatives and friends about our appeal or share it on their social media.
Secondly, I would like to ask you to act in your own environments on this matter: those who do not yet realize the threat must be informed, aware of what they truly are, possibly to any innocently sounding, the "talk of hate" rules.
With our appeal we want to scope more recipients as shortly as possible, possibly unaware of what Poland will actually look like under the rainbow “Big Brother”. This means that an information run in the media must be stepped up, which entails crucial costs. The next steps in dealing with these dangerous regulations can be expected any day – we must be prepared for this.
Therefore, I am asking you very much to support the run "Stop dictatorship of minorities!" with a donation of PLN 50, PLN 100 or even more, if you have the opportunity.
I know that the "tolerance" and "protection of minorities" can confuse many. any may think that innocents have nothing to fear. But the tentacles of rainbow censorship go far, and as examples already present here show, it does not take much to become a criminal in a planet ruled by rainbow ideologists. If we do not halt these censory urges, shortly we can find ourselves in a reality in which we will weigh all word accurately, considering any decision that might not fit into just right narrative.
We can't let that happen.
