Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek has submitted to the Marshal of the Sejm motions for the Sejm to consent to the prosecution of 3 MPs Katarzyna Ueberhan (New Left), Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski (PSL) and Tadeusz Chrzan (PiS) to criminal liability, the National Prosecutor's Office announced on Tuesday.
