However, there was no message by the Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek. Questions about the reasons arose. Government spokesperson Adam Sz Trapka in consequence to the questions of the WP editorial board confirmed that the minister might have refused to do so, which is "consistent with the applicable laws".
The curious individual himself explains this with respect to the safety of his and his immediate family. The Ministry of Justice has made a peculiar comment on this.
"Mr. Minister received threats, including life threats – we cannot supply information related to his message of property. We stress that there is no legal basis in the existing government for making these data available under the current circumstances" – we read in a message that the representatives of the Ministry gave.
"The property of public officers is protected, especially in situations where there are legitimate concerns about their safety and the safety of their families," added.
