It turns out that until the MPs give a vote of assurance to the fresh government, the cabinet of Mateusz Morawiecki is responsible. And thanks to this, the Prime Minister can identify the fresh head of the KNF (Financial Supervision Commission), whose current word of office ends on 23 November and the word of office is 5 years.
Let us remind that without the consent of the head of the KNF, there can be no de facto change of management of the PKO, Pekao, PZU, GPW. This would let PiS-related people to land softly in fresh political realities. There would besides be a large chance of strengthening in the State Treasury companies without fear of dismissal, even though power in the country would inactive take over the current opposition.
Bear favor?
Another hypothesis tells us that the fight for leadership is now under way in the Law and Justice and president Duda, giving him the nomination of Morawiecki, put him in a hard position. He exposed the inactive present Prime Minister to embarrassment, as much indicates that Morawiecki will not gain a vote of confidence. This could harm his image and destruct his conflict for succession after Jarosław Kaczyński, to which he will inevitably arrive in the close future. Meanwhile, Andrzej Duda would have a clean slate.
Personal Aversion to Tusk
Or is the explanation more prosaic and you don't request to see the president's mysterious intentions here? After all, Andrzej Duda was intimidated by the opposition by the Court of State. It was mocked as ‘notary’, ‘Adrian’ or ‘long magazine’. Donald Tusk wondered if the president would "soften the pipe". Both gentlemen have no assurance in each other.
“Better for you would be the winter dawn and the line and the branch under the weight bent” – Tusk dedicated his time to the president Dudzie specified a poem that caused controversy. "Donald Tusk threatened our president Andrzej Duda to hang him on a rope. He utilized a poet's poem, but he had the nerve to endanger the president. This is how millions of people received his statement," said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during the Kalisz election campaign.
Tusk changed his tone
After the election, Tusk's communicative towards Andrzej Duda was no longer so harsh and categorical:
– I appeal to the president with a warm appeal: people are waiting for the first decisions that will be the consequence of these elections, so that I would ask the president for vigorous and fast decisions won by democratic parties, are in constant contact and are ready to take work for the governments in the country at any time," said the KO leader recently.
However, this did not aid Tusk normalize relations with the Presidential Palace. There's a very hard cohabitation going on.
