President Puławy could have been arrested if it wasn't for the secret deposit. The town's owner could have been punished for sound from the school field, while the punishment was due to the judicial conflict of "Orlik" at Primary School No. 4.

The case begins in 2018 erstwhile a couple surviving close the school field complained about sound and light. They won in court, thus imposing restrictions on the usage of Orlik. The city had installed sound-intensive screens for PLN 240 thousand, but that was not enough.
