The president made a decision on the First Act implementing the DSA

President Karol Nawrocki signed the first law implementing the provisions of the Digital Services Act in Poland. The paper implementing the provisions of the Digital Service Coordinator regulation was adopted in the summertime by Parliament. The Second Act, concerning mechanisms for blocking illegal content, is inactive under way.
