- This is simply a bad law, raising very serious doubts as to its compliance with the constitution - said the head of the presidential office, Małgorzata Paprocka, in the program Gość Wydarzeń. According to her, president Andrzej Duda, who referred the law to the Constitutional Tribunal, had no choice.
