The odds and traps of cyber-life. Another strategy is not enough

Poland will not build itself any technology that it needs to be able to talk about full cyberlife. However, it can decide which systems and data are strategic, support in the improvement of Polish companies and keep the anticipation of controlling the solutions provided by external suppliers. During the panel organised during the Defence24 safety Forum in Karpacz, experts argued over the limits of technological dependence, the function of the state and whether the next strategy would change anything.
