The NATO Summit in Vilnius will force defence spending at 2% of GDP?

Member States of the North Atlantic Alliance should commit to spending 2 percent of their GDP on armed forces at the next Vilnius summit, announced NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Lisbon on Thursday.
