The Ministry of Żurka wants higher penalties for migrant smuggling: up to 20 years in prison

Up to 20 years in prison can be up to 20 years for smuggling migrants across the border if they die as a result. This is 1 of the proposals to tighten penalties for organizing illegal migration, included in the ministerial draft amendment to the Criminal Code.
