MON with evidence budget. How will the ministry spend nearly 100 billion? [ANALYSIS]

The Ministry of National Defence in 2023 has to spend nearly 97 billion PLN of budget, corresponding to 3 percent of the gross home product planned for this year. Both the amount and the share of GDP are recordable and unprecedented. How is MON going to spend that money?
