MON submits a study on alleged negligence of the Operational Commander of the Russian Federation

The conclusions of the study submitted to the president and the Prime Minister clearly indicate the negligence of the Operation Commander of the Armed Forces Types and coincide with the results of the late handed over MON control of the NIK - reported in the Friday announcement of the Ministry of Defence.
