The Ministry does not interfere in the inspections of voivodes regarding the nursing benefit

The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy does not have the authority to measure the post-audit recommendations of voivodes who request from municipalities the return of money paid for care benefits after the judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal. The Commissioner for Human Rights intervened in this matter.
