On 7 December, on the 81st anniversary of the nipponese attack on Pearl Harbor, at the General Dynamics electrical Boat shipyard in Quonset Point, Rhode Island, a celebration of the symbolic location of the assault keel of the USS Arizona nuclear-powered submarine (SSN 803) was held.
