The liquidation of the "Wujek" mine has begun. It operated for 127 years

The "Wujek" mine in Katowice has ceased its operation after 127 years of operation. A symbolic ceremony on this occasion, which was attended by, for m.in, current and erstwhile employees, took place on April 1. On that day, a four-year transition period besides began for the mine.
