Suspension and reprimand
The case of Mrs Paulina Matysiak has been going on for respective months. But now we are clear on how the full situation has been resolved. How can we read in the release on the authoritative organization profile Together:
The proceedings were concluded by means of a resolution adopted by the national board and a Member, approved by the organization Collegiate Court. Paulina Matysiak is punished with reprimand. The suspension in the members' rights of the parties shall take place on 26 December 2024 after the end of the 180-day suspension period.
The allegation of cooperation with Horala
In order to realize what the case is about, you request to go back a fewer months. Paulina Matysiak of the organization Together and PiS MP Marcin Horala founded in June the social movement “Yes for Development”, which aims to support investments in CPK, atomic power plants and the improvement of the Polish army.
In consequence to this step, Deputy Marshal of the Sejm Vladimir Czarzasty of the Left announced the suspension of Matysiak in the rights of a associate of the Left Club for 3 months. Left-wing politicians criticised her for not consulting on the position presented during the committee's work.
The left-wing club president Anna Maria Żukowska stressed in turn in a conversation with PAP that Matysiak does not presently represent the club due to its suspension.
"Stupid repression"
In the “Onet Morning” programme aired in October, Marcin Horala commented on the actions of the Left towards Paulina Matysiak, calling them “stupid repression”. He noted that although removing it from the organization might be politically questionable, exclusion from the committee is even little understandable. He cited an example from the 2001-2005 term, erstwhile after the divided in the Left and the creation of the Polish Socialism by Marek Borowski, SDPL members were not excluded from the committee's work, even though the situation was considered political betrayal.
He stated that:

Criticism of the Tusk Decision
However, it seems that Paulina Matysiak does not intend to go with the ideological current of his group. This may be indicated by her message on RMF24, which took place on 12 December. Speaking about the Polsat and TVN decision, she assessed that:
Even a fewer years ago, specified a protective umbrella or any interventionism from the state towards these companies would have sparked protests.
Matysiak besides stated that there were any broader intentions in this decision.
